Thomas Radney, Jr.

Thomas is a 1989 graduate of Benjamin Russell High School in Alexander City. He then spent his college career at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in 1993 and a Juris Doctor in 1996. Before beginning his practice in Alexander City, he served as a Law Clerk for the Alabama Governor and, later Judge John Patterson. Thomas believes that hard work and preparation are necessary to get a good result. He provides the necessary attention in the office and aggressive representation in the courtroom.


Thomas has obtained favorable results for his clients in State and Federal Courts throughout Alabama. He handles car accident cases, personal injury, wrongful death, divorce, child custody, criminal defense, civil disputes, insurance claims, wills and estates, will contests and probate proceedings.


Thomas and his wife, Catie, have three small children.
